What is Warwick Think Tank?
Warwick Think Tank is a society created in order to encourage people to expand their views on politics, economics, philosophy, sciences and more. We believe the university experience is not only about classes, but also about discovering other cultures, other ideas and being open-minded and joining Warwick Think Tank is a great way to do so.
We are a politically neutral, progressive and student-led organisation, but our community is formed by unique individuals who each offer their own perspective on different matters.
We regularly invite a guest speaker to discuss a specific current affair that they are an expert in. By joining the Warwick Think Tank community, you will engage in thought-provoking discussions and debates.

Our Team
Chloe Liquard, President
Chloe is a Third Year student in Politics and International Studies. Last year Chloe was one of the Event Coordinators and then was elected President. She is excited to take the lead of a dynamic team and she wants to make sure that we deliver qualitative and unique content.
Tiago Abreu E Lima Prista, Vice-President and Treasurer
Tiago was a Fresher's Representative in his first year, he helped the team developed successful events such as a conference on Trump's presidency with Dee Dutta, who is an expert on US politics. Tiago then got elected Treasurer and he is managing our budget and sponsors for this academic year.
Jonny Ko, Event Coordinator
Jonny is a Second Year in Economics, Politics and International Studies. He was a Fresher's Representative and now, as your Event Coordinator, he has plenty of ideas for upcoming events this year. He wants to organise talks on issues at stake of the moment and find speakers with unique views, that will spark debate.
Josh Arnold, Publicity Officer
Josh is a Second year in Economics, Politics and International Studies. As our Publicity Officer for the year 2017-2018, Josh will manage the website, update our Facebook page regularly, and design our marketing campaigns. He will ensure that the information we share is clear, useful and attractive.
Hunia Chawla, Secretary
Hunia is a Third Year PPE student, and she was the President of Warwick Amnesty International in her Second Year. She joined the Think Tank because she is passionate about International Relations and her role is to ensure its smooth run and steady relations with the Student Union.
Terri Tse Event Coordinator
Terri is doing a Masters at the Business School and although she joined the team mid-year, she has brought plenty of ideas to the Think Tank and wants to organise events on topics that matter today, such as religion and gender equality.
Camille Pimont, Publisher
Camille is a Third Year PPE student who has experience in the fields of writing and research. She presented a research project on Kant at the International Conference of Undergraduate Research this summer and she has written articles for the Boar before. She will select the best articles and publish them on our website.
